Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer complimentary exchanges based on availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 10 business days of delivery, and must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
We’ll cover the shipping cost for your exchange and send your new size as quickly as possible once your return is received and approved.
Returns
If you’d like to initiate a return, please email us at lacey@40-lovetennis.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be received within 10 business days of delivery and meet the same condition requirements.
We offer complimentary return shipping on your first return. For any additional returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
