We currently ship both within the United States and internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options & Delivery

We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with delivery times calculated at checkout based on your location.

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more.

Local Delivery

We’re pleased to offer complimentary local delivery within 15 miles of zip code 37027. This option will be available at checkout for eligible addresses.

Shipping Costs

For orders below $150 and all international shipments, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Peak Season Shipping

During holidays and high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
