Refund policy

Exchanges:  Exciting news – exchanges are our thing! Instead of juggling sizes, simply consult our size information on each product page prior to purchase.  If you would still like to exchange an item, reach out to us to kickstart the process within the first 5 days of receipt. We require receipt of the item to be exchanged within 10 business days of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll zip your new size to you. Remember, the original condition and packaging are the stars here. No washing, wearing, or damage, please – let's keep it fresh. Just a heads up: we're sticklers for these guidelines, so if they're not met, we might have to pass on the exchange.

Returns:  Need assistance or looking to start a return? Shoot us an email at lacey@40-lovetennis.com, outlining the situation, and we'll dive into finding a solution. Remember, returns should land in our lap within 10 days of purchase. Once it's in our hands, we'll do our magic within 7-10 business days. And hey, shipping fees are like that stubborn stain – they don't budge. Just a little reminder, returns are your adventure – we can't be responsible for lost packages or return wear and tear.
